At The NiCa Collection, we are committed to providing high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and luxury beauty products. Because our marketplace connects shoppers with fully vetted, independent Vendors, refund eligibility is determined by a combination of:
The NiCa Collection’s Platform Refund Standards, and
Each Vendor’s specific refund policy is listed on their product pages.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable refund terms.
All Vendors on The NiCa Collection must comply with the following minimum refund requirements.
2.1 Unopened and Unused Products
Eligible if the customer meets all conditions:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Product must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging, including all tags, seals, and hygiene bands.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Vendor may charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
2.2 Quality-Related Issues (Defective Products)
Products with verifiable defects are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, even if they are open or partially used.
Qualifying defects include:
Incorrect hair type, length, texture, or density
Significant color mismatch from the listing
Excessive shedding beyond accepted industry standards
Severe tangling caused by manufacturing issues
Hair that does not match the advertised grade or origin.
Resolution:
Full refund issued for verified defects
Vendor covers return shipping costs.
Photo or video evidence is required for evaluation.
2.3 Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items cannot be refunded:
Hair that has been dyed, bleached, chemically treated, installed, cut, or altered.
Products damaged due to improper care, heat damage, misuse, or wear
Items returned outside the applicable return window
Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
Returns due to buyer preference (change of mind regarding length, texture, or style), unless the Vendor explicitly allows preference-based returns.
Vendors may offer refund terms that exceed our platform’s minimum requirements. Their policies will be displayed directly on each product listing page.
If a Vendor’s terms conflict with platform rules, the more customer-friendly policy applies.

Reason for return
Step 2: Provide Documentation
Defect claims: include clear photos or videos.
Unopened returns: confirm product is in original packaging.
Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days.
Do not ship products without an RMA.
Step 4: Ship the Return
Send the product using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
Write the RMA number clearly on the package. and drop off mailboxes.
We need to decide which company we will use (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). UPS seems to be the easiest, and they have stores and drop-off mailboxes.
Step 5: Refund Processing Inspection completed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Approved refunds issued to the original payment method
Allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the issue and your order number.
We will make a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request an internal review by the NiCa Collection customer service team.
We function as a neutral mediator between customers and Vendors to ensure a fair and compliant resolution.
