Shipping Policy
1. Overview
The NiCa Collection partners with vetted Vendors who ship directly to you. This Shipping Policy outlines shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and responsibilities for orders placed through our Platform.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time. We will notify our customers when international shipping becomes available.
3. Processing Times
After your order is placed and confirmed, your Vendor will prepare your order for shipment. Processing times vary by Vendor tier:
- Standard Vendors: Orders ship within 2 business days of order placement
- Premium Vendors: Orders ship within 1 business day of order placement
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on the Vendor and your shipping destination. Common options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days after shipment
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (where available)
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and destination.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and your shipping destination. The shipping cost displayed during checkout is the final amount you will be charged for shipping.
Vendors may offer free shipping promotions at their discretion. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the product listing or during checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order, please contact us at support@digitalnil.in.
7. Delivery and Acceptance
7.1 Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when the carrier marks the package as delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.
7.2 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the Vendor as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
7.3 Stolen or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the Vendor and carrier to investigate. The NiCa Collection is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product along with your order number. We will coordinate with the Vendor to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Packaging Standards
All Vendors are required to meet The NiCa Collection’s packaging standards, which include secure packaging to prevent damage during transit, professional presentation, and discreet shipping options available upon request.
10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is available for Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Overnight options may not be available for these addresses.
Cancellation Policy
1. No Cancellations After Order Placement
All sales on The NiCa Collection are final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered after the order confirmation is issued.
This policy exists because our Vendors begin processing and preparing orders for shipment immediately upon receipt. To ensure efficient fulfillment and fair treatment of our Vendor partners, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order enters the processing pipeline.
2. Before You Place Your Order
We strongly encourage you to review the following before completing your purchase:
- Product details, including hair type, texture, length, colour, and weight
- Product images and any available video content
- Vendor-specific information and ratings
- Shipping method and estimated delivery timeframe
- The Vendor’s refund policyis displayed on the product listing
- Your shipping address for accuracy
- Your selected payment method

3. Order Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment that your order has been received and is being processed. It also represents the point after which cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Exceptions
In rare and extraordinary circumstances, The NiCa Collection may, at its sole discretion, consider a cancellation request. These circumstances may include:
Duplicate orders placed in error (contact us within 1 hour of placement)
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions on your payment method
A Vendor is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability
If any of these situations apply, contact us immediately at support@digitalnil.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that a Vendor cannot fulfill your order (due to inventory issues, product discontinuation, or other operational reasons), The NiCa Collection will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
6. Relationship to Refund Policy
While orders cannot be cancelled once placed, you may still be eligible for a return and refund after receiving your order, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for details on return eligibility, timelines, and procedures.
